• What kind of products do you deliver?

  Sail delivers short-term unsecured business loans, ranging anywhere from $5,000 to $150,000 over terms of 3 to 12 months.

• What is your value proposition to my clients?

  Sail offers some of the most flexible options in the unsecured market at one of the most competitive rates. One of the features our customers love is the ability to pay back their balance at anytime, with no lock-in fees or cancellation costs.

• What is your typical pricing or rate?

  We price applicants on a risk-based scheme and asses a wide range of credit. Expect to see pricing between 13-25%.

• What kind of timeframe do you assess in?

  Sail generally assesses clients on the same day, with approvals within 24hrs. We can make an offer and have finance in the client’s bank account the following business day.

• What do you require for an application?

  Our minimum requirements for an application are that the business has been trading for six months or more, and has a turnover of $5,000 per month. To put together an application, we require the client’s most recent copy of business financials, their last 3 months of business banking statements, and valid Australian-issued photo ID so that we can perform a credit check.

• Can I work with my client while you assess or do I hand them off to you completely?

  We welcome you to work with your clients right through the process if you have an established relationship; conversely, we do not mind if you wish to hand them over to us to facilitate their request. Either option will not affect your commission as a referrer.

• If my client has property or assets, does that give them a better chance of approval?

  When considering an application, we take everything into account. Whether the client has future anticipated cashflow, equity in property, considerable assets to the business, or expansion opportunities on the horizon. Unlike the big banks we will tailor a solution based on your clients situation

• What is your commission structure?

  Sail offers a 5% commission on your first settled loan with us, paid on amount and date of settlement to the referrer. Further, we offer a 2% commission on any trailing loans. To-date, every one of our clients due for a top-up with us has taken it. Ongoing commissions are negotiable dependant on the volume and quality of leads.
